Experience working at honeygrow: Dimitra joined honeygrow back in 2020 as a team member, and had the privilege of opening the 30th location as a new hire. Dimitra was promoted to service manager in 2021 before eventually joining RSC as the catering strategist in 2022 shortly after her graduation from Millersville University.

Experience working at honeygrow: What I find most rewarding is seeing the growth that has happened in the 10 years that I have been a part of the company and the people that I have met along the way. What we have been able to accomplish in that time really reflects that we stayed true to my favorite Core Value, 'Always be learning, Always be improving'. I have used that core value in every position that I have had at honeygrow and still use it today to inspire teams to seek out their own potential. When I joined honeygrow there were only 2 locations, and now I am able to travel around to our ever expanding list of restaurants.
