Favorite honeygrow dish: Philly Roast Pork stir fry is my favorite hg dish. BRING IT BACK!!! I normally eat a CYO stir fry that has a protein(steak, shrimp or turkey), double broccoli, scallions, mushrooms, crispy onions, chili crisp and red coco curry sauce.

Experience working at honeygrow: There are two core values that have made a big impact on my daily life. Work hard at work worth doing has helped me to delegate things I don't need to do so that other managers can learn and grow, as well as helped me to focus my attention on the things only a GM can do to be more effective in that role. Your work is directly bettering people's lives and happiness is a value that I have always had, but here at honeygrow, I've seen it affect so much more than in any other role because of the number of managers and team members I've been able to guide along the manager path, and the vast number of guests and regulars with whom I've connected and built relationships with over my 8 years in Radnor.

Experience working at honeygrow: For me the most rewarding part about working at honeygrow is that I have been able to play a role in the development of people around me, and watch them grow as they become successful in their new positions. Experience working at honeygrow: I started my career at honeygrow’s Radnor location as a Service Manager and advanced to Kitchen Manager, then Assistant General Manager, through my hard work and the mentorship I received. I’ve dreamed as a Latin woman to be able to achieve something great, and after five years with honeygrow, I was promoted to General Manager of Exton. This was an emotional and rewarding achievement, and I now emphasize the importance of adhering to honeygrow standards while fostering a supportive environment. I’m so proud of being a part of the honeygrow team and being able to say I am officially a General Manager. I’m proud to have grown with honeygrow and to now lead my own store, continuing to teach and inspire my team to excel.

Dimitra was promoted to service manager in 2021 before eventually joining RSC as the catering strategist in 2022 shortly after her graduation from Millersville University.

Experience working at honeygrow: What I find most rewarding is seeing the growth that has happened in the 10 years that I have been a part of the company and the people that I have met along the way. What we have been able to accomplish in that time really reflects that we stayed true to my favorite Core Value, 'Always be learning, Always be improving'. I have used that core value in every position that I have had at honeygrow and still use it today to inspire teams to seek out their own potential. When I joined honeygrow there were only 2 locations, and now I am able to travel around to our ever expanding list of restaurants.
