Does honeygrow offer individually packaged items for catering?

How far do you deliver catering orders?

Customization and Dietary Restrictions

Are your stir-fry and salad platters served a la carte?

No they are not. We'd be able to modify and swap out an ingredient on our suggested options, however, all the ingredients are mixed together. Please clearly specify in ‘Special instructions’


What are your gluten-free stir-fry and salad platter options?

Stir-fry: Red Coconut Curry with brown rice and Spicy Garlic with brown rice.

Salads: OG Cobb and Loaded Greek.


What are your vegetarian stir-fry and salad platter options?

Stir-fry: Red Coconut Curry with any base. Otherwise, for any other stir-fry, if proteins are on the side, it would make the dish vegetarian. 

Salads: Please let us know if you’d like the protein served on the side to make your salad platter vegetarian. 


What are your vegan stir-fry and salad platter options?

Stir-fry: Red Coconut Curry (served with tofu) with whole wheat noodles or brown rice.

Salads: Please let us know if you’d like the protein and cheese served on the side to make your salad platter vegan.


What are your dairy-free stir-fry and salad platter options?

Stir-fry: Sesame Garlic, Spicy Garlic, Red Coconut Curry, and Sweet Soy Five Spice

Someone on my team has a peanut and tree nut allergy, what do I do?

Good thing we don’t carry any peanut products in house! However, we do carry tree nuts. When placing your order online, you can request  the tree nuts on the side or excluded entirely. Our red coconut curry sauce does contain tree nut allergens, specifically coconut. However, rest assured we take all precautionary measures when preparing your order!


Someone on my team has a shellfish allergy, what do I do?

We do carry shrimp in-house. When placing your order, you can request the shrimp on the side or excluded entirely. This can be noted under the “special instructions” section. However, rest assured we take all precautionary measures when preparing your order!


Do you offer rice noodles for catering?

We do not offer rice noodles for catering. We've tested rice noodles for catering and it doesn't match the integrity of the product quality we're aiming for. Brown rice is our gluten-free base for stir-fry platters.

Ordering Process and Set Up

How much notice do you need?

As soon as the idea pops in your head, you should place your order then. We like to have at least a 24 hour notice. This way, our team is all set and prepared for your order. However, we do our best to accommodate orders within a 24 hour period. Any last minute orders, please reach out to the catering team at 888.901.GROW (888.901.4769) or or email catering@honeygrow.com.

How is your stir-fry platter served?

Our stir-fry comes hot and ready to serve. We provide additional sauce on the side as well.


How is your salad platter served?

Our salad is served cold with dressing on the side. We also provide complimentary focaccia bread on the side.


How is your catering honeybar served in the catering packages?

Our catering honeybar (essentially a fruit cup) is individually packaged and comes standard with apples, grapes, strawberries, chocolate chips and clover honey.


For your stir-fry and salad platters, how much should I order?

We recommend enough stir-fry platters for the number of guests, then adding on salad platters as a side. Each of our small platters serve 6 people and our large platters serve 12 people. Check out our catering packages here.


Do I need to supply my own serving ware, napkins, and utensils? 

No you do not. We’ll provide serving ware, napkins, and utensils with every order, unless specified. 


Do you provide sternos and wire chafing stands?

We do not. Our stir-fry platters come hot and ready to serve. Salad platters are served cold with the dressing on the side.

I started a group order, but can't find my order to submit it. Where do I find my order?

  • If placed on the hg app
    • Open the app
    • Select “View” (in green) under “You currently have a group order in progress”
    • Select Cart (top right corner)
    • View Items and Check Out
  • If placed on the honeygrow website
    • Open Email “Group Order Link at honeygrow”
    • Select “Web Group Order Link”
    • Sign In (top right corner)
    • Select Cart (Yellow Icon, top right corner)
    • Select Place Group Order

Payment Information

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards 


Should I pay in advance?

Yes, that’s preferred.


I’m with a University with honeygrow as an approved vendor, how do I place a catering order paid via Purchase Order (PO)?

Tax Exempt

If my organization is tax exempt, how do I place my order?

Place your order online here. Once you’ve placed your order, please email a copy of your tax exemption certification and order number to catering@honeygrow.com.
